About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. This position is primarily remote (70%) but requires occasional travel to meet with clients and attend meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, presentations, or events.


Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to connect and engage with clients at various levels.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Flexibility to travel as required (30% of the time).
