The Student Council represents the student body by organizing events, supporting student projects, and making sure all voices are heard. With a focus on fostering inclusivity and community, the council works to ensure that every ebster feels represented, valued, and engaged within a vibrant and supportive environment.

The Chairwoman of the Student Council is responsible for leading the overall direction, strategy, and representation of the student body. As the Chairwoman, you focus on building a strong student community, manage the council’s activities, and ensure that students’ voices are represented within EBS. You also have the chance to Collaborate with other universities, student organisations and represent EBS at The Federation of Estonian Student Union.

Martin Visneski
The Vice-Chairman supports the Chairwoman in leading the Student Council and helps ensure that the organisation operates effectively on a daily basis. You have to combine operational management, teamwork, and strategic support while contributing actively to the development of student life. You focus on the Council’s inner connections and interests to ensure good workflow.

Marketing
We’re the Marketing Team, the people behind the posts, the videos, the flyers, and those “wait… this actually looks fun” moments.
We’re a mix of different personalities and skills, but what connects us is creativity and the shared goal of making student life more exciting, visible, and memorable. Our job isn’t just to promote events, it’s to get people out of their rooms, into conversations, onto dance floors, and into experiences they’ll actually remember.
From social media content to behind-the-scenes chaos before events, we turn ideas into something you’ll want to click on… and then actually show up for.

Hey, I’ve always needed a creative outlet. For a long time, I wasn’t sure what it would be designer, artist, or something else until I realized marketing is where creativity meets strategy, and it just clicked.
Now I get to build ideas, shape campaigns, and work with a team that turns last-minute stress into great results.
My goal? To make student life feel alive, create content that truly connects people, and turn ideas into real experiences. And honestly, I wouldn’t want to do this with any other team.

Events
The Events Team is responsible for planning and executing social, educational, and networking events at Estonian Business School. The team creates engaging experiences for students by organizing parties, seminars, collaborations, and community-building activities throughout the academic year.

The Events Team manages event concepts, budgeting, logistics, partnerships, and on-site coordination to ensure high-quality execution. It works closely with Marketing and other student organizations to maximize participation and deliver events that strengthen student life and campus culture.

The team is made up of motivated student volunteers who organize cultural events, trips, social activities, and orientation programs for international students. Their mission follows the ESN spirit of “students helping students,” creating friendships, unforgettable experiences, and a strong international community within EBS.
Meet the manager
Helena Reimo
The manager of plays an important role in creating a welcoming and dynamic environment for international students at . They coordinate events, support exchange students, manage the buddy program, and help students integrate into both student life and Estonian culture. The manager also works closely with the ESN team to ensure that every student feels included and supported throughout their semester abroad.
